The salesman was a good guy and personable, but I didn't get treated well by the Business Manager. Just keep good notes of all negotiations. They also were about three days late on promised delivery date. FYI, we bought the car one year ago and the tread on the Bridgestone tires just barely passed inspection with a mileage of 20800. And there is no warranty on the tires and was told not to expect more than 25000. Bridgestone used to be a good brand and that is no longer the case.
Alaina greeted me with a smile, and provided excellent customer service. The building was clean, well stocked and comfortable.
Work is thorough and is completed in very reasonable amount of time. Service writers respond to questions addressing any concerns completely. They price jobs, according to the service writers, by Honda’s book which apparently inflates the labor. For example, my repair order was open for 48 minutes but I was billed for 152 minutes.

Salesman lie to you and don’t manage natural supply chain issues. It’s out of their hands, but don’t make promises for dates when you know it will be late. Service department will incorrectly install parts (don’t get the HPD package installed here), “complete” work when there is full parts missing (“installed” a non existent HPD spoiler, again don’t get the HPD package installed here), and will charge you for a NYS inspection and not give you the inspection report or the sticker. Overpriced!! I’m aware that the price of everything has gone up but I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and I felt like I was robbed. I called another dealership to ask what they charged for the same service and it was 1/3 less!! Lesson learned, shop around!!

We dropped our car off while most of the technicians were at lunch. In spite of this, service work was completed in a reasonable time. Car fluids were checked, as well as tire condition and pressures.
